About The Position
AMFM Healthcare is expanding its residential healthcare services to Washington State and is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Mental Health Technicians (Client Coordinators). This role is crucial in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and offers an opportunity to be a leader for change. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
- Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
- Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
- Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

- Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology
Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
- Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
- Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
- Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
- Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
- Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
- Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
