About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
- Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy (4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years)
- Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
- Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
- Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
- Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
- Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
- Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
- Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
