About The Position

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to join their team. This role is crucial in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and involves supporting them through challenging times. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by AMFM's auto insurance policy (requires 4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years).
  • Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

  • Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
  • Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments.
  • Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams.
  • Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities.
  • Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed.
