Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role provides assistance and strategies to the individuals we serve to live as independently as possible. Based in community, vocational, or in-home settings, and working closely with our clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans, this role provides assistance and strategies to the individuals we serve to live as independently as possible. You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life-enhancing services to the individuals we serve.
