About The Position

AMFM Healthcare is expanding its residential healthcare services to Washington State and is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to join their team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
  • Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
  • Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
  • Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments.
  • Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams.
  • Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities.
  • Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed.
