About The Position
This position will be located at our CoOccurring Group Home in Midland City, Alabama. The role involves various activities to meet consumer needs, including meal preparation, facility cleaning, and assisting with daily tasks. The technician will also teach group and individual basic living skills, provide transportation using a system vehicle, ensure efficient operation of the facility, assist with medication using MAC certification under nurse supervision, and complete required documentation using an electronic health record system.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Must be 21 years or older, good MVR, and willing to submit to motor vehicle report check
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
Responsibilities
