About The Position
Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Mental Health Technician, CNA to join their team. The role involves providing help and hope to individuals and families to improve their mental health by offering a safe, nurturing environment and options for continued improvement upon discharge. The Mental Health Technician delivers quality direct patient care through a structured, safe therapeutic environment. Key responsibilities include contributing as an active part of the treatment team, patient observation, patient escorts, and providing redirection and consistency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- CNA required
- One year of mental health experience or background required

- Bachelors Degree in Psychology preferred
