About The Position

Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free-standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings. We do not treat medically compromised individuals beyond our scope of care. We currently treat: Acute Adults, Acute Adolescents, Forensic Adult Males, Residential Males and Females.

Requirements

• Verifiable High School Diploma/ GED required
• Able to obtain a CPR certification and non-violent crisis prevention certification (company will train)
• MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred

Responsibilities

• ONLY EVENING SHIFT 3P-11p + Every Other Weekend 12 hour shifts
• LIMITED OPENINGS OCT - NOV 2026
• MUST HAVE availability to attend a Mandatory 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions.
