About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Mental Health Tech III. The role involves utilizing critical thinking to document patient behaviors in the medical record, making recommendations for treatment plans to ensure patient safety and mental health well-being. The position also includes assisting patients with goal setting and coping skills to prepare them for community discharge. Additionally, the role involves precepting new MHT 1 and MHT 2 staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or Sociology required.
