About The Position
Under general supervision of the Older Adult Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Specialist provides assessments and related psycho-social services to adults. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. The Older Adult Program is a person driven and interdisciplinary approach to coordinated care to address optimal mental health functioning by considering stressors, physical health issues and substance use.
Requirements
- BA degree and up to three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
- BA degree and up to four (4) years of experience and/or AA plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides assessments and related psycho-social services to adults.
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
