Mental Health Specialist/Rehabilitation Specialist - TBS Program
About The Position
Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Mental Health Specialist or Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist position. This is a full-time position in the Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program in the Behavioral Health Department. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the MMHS/MHRS provides assessments and related psycho social services to children, adolescents and their families. The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program provides short-term intensive behavioral modification support to children and youth in community settings to prevent removal from school, home or another stable placement and to improve over functioning.
Requirements
- MHS- BA degree and up to three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus six (5) years of relevant experience
- MHRS- BA degree plus four (4) years of experience and and/or AA degree plus six (6) years of experience and obtain a mental health rehabilitation specialist counselor certification from the county of Santa Clara.
