The McLean SouthEast Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment (ART) Program provides focused, short-term psychiatric care for teens and young adults up to age 19 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis. Most stays last 10-14 days, and the program is insurance-based and voluntary. This role is responsible for providing direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring their safety and well-being, and supporting the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu.
