About The Position
ASI-NE is seeking compassionate and dependable Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in home and community settings. This role offers meaningful work where you can help individuals achieve goals, learn new skills, gain confidence, and improve their daily lives. No prior experience is necessary, as ASI-NE provides comprehensive paid training for the right candidates who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Age 18+
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Willingness to attend required trainings and team meetings
- Positive, team-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with autism
- Experience with intellectual disabilities
- Experience with behavioral health
- Experience with personal care
- Active CRMA (additional hourly pay)
- Clean driving record (additional hourly pay)
