About The Position

ASI-NE is seeking compassionate, dependable, and fun-loving Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) to join their Turner residential team. This role offers a career where you can laugh, learn, grow, and make a real impact in someone's life. No experience is necessary as ASI-NE provides paid training and support. The MHRT will support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in living meaningful, independent lives. Responsibilities include supporting individuals in community outings, helping them achieve personal goals, assisting with daily living skills, building relationships, and encouraging independence and confidence. The position is located in Turner and is for the 2nd shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off. ASI-NE's mission is to support people to experience meaningful lives.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
A high school graduate or have a GED
Reliable and compassionate
Ready to learn and grow
Able to pass background and driving checks
In possession of a valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
Care about helping others succeed.

Nice To Haves

Active CRMA certification
Good driving record
