The Mental Health Provider will work within the Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP) or School and Outreach Services (SOS) departments. This role can be either full-time or part-time. The provider will be responsible for planning and implementing interventions driven by the client's individual treatment plan, including group psychoeducational processes, therapeutic activities, and outings to practice social skills. They will model and facilitate skills through direct engagement with the client, participate in psychoeducational trainings, and attend team, parent, and school meetings as needed. Accurate and timely clinical documentation, including client attendance and attempted contact, is crucial. The provider will keep the Program Team Manager informed of attendance issues and client progress, stay updated on agency developments, and maintain client confidentiality. This role also involves supporting the vision and mission of the Family Service and Guidance Center, transporting clients as needed, and performing other duties assigned by managers.
