Under the supervision of a Mental Health Leadership Team Member, the Mental Health Provider, Access, will provide mental health services in an integrated health care agency serving UW-Madison students across identities and programs. This role involves direct service, including providing access appointments, risk assessment, service evaluation, brief interventions, facilitating referrals, care management, and consultation. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate documentation, serving on multidisciplinary teams, developing programs, collaborating with partners, and adhering to agency policies and ethical guidelines.
