About The Position

We are looking to add to our Residential Leadership team with someone wanting to make a difference in the lives of their community. We have several housing-based programs serving clients experiencing SPMI and/or long-term homelessness. Our program services range from 24-hour support to daily, goal-focused intervention and span from Minneapolis to West St. Paul. Depending on your leadership experience, you may lead and manage a team, oversee your department’s performance and key metrics while providing excellent services to clients and stakeholders. Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in any field
• At least 1 year of full-time work experience in human services with increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated leadership experience in any previous role
• Must be able to pass a DHS background check
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
