The Mental Health Professional provides clinical services to individuals under the supervision of the Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor or Mental Health Director. They conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidenced-based psychotherapeutic interventions. Additionally, they provide mental health consultation and training to facility staff. This position is every Friday and Saturday from 10:30pm-7:00am. Applicants must possess one of the following active licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Non-independent licenses such as an APSW or LPC-IT will be considered with relevant experience. Desired applicants should have experience with mental health intake assessments, crisis / suicide risk assessment. Prior experience in corrections or inpatient psychiatric care is a plus.
