This organization is responsible for developing a collaborative system of care for individuals in crisis in the service area and focused on trauma-informed, resilience-oriented care in all services provided. The Mental Health Professional will conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engage key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses. They will maintain a caseload of 4-6 families, engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, and address barriers to engagement. The role involves implementing the MST Analytic Process, documenting treatment efforts clearly and concisely, and collaborating with relevant systems to maintain treatment alignment. Services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
