About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to join their School Based services in Conway, AR, specifically serving the Greenbrier School District. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Behavioral Health organization or a community mental health or healthcare setting. Arisa Health is the largest nonprofit behavioral health provider in Arkansas, offering a wide range of services including outpatient, crisis, substance abuse counseling, intensive children and adult services, medical, and residential services across 41 counties. This full-time, exempt (salaried) position reports to the Program Coordinator and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a projected start date in July 2026.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling or social work
Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask.
The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services.
Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as they are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress.
