Mental Health Professional, Program Evening Coordinator
About The Position
Pilsen-Little Village Community Mental Health Center, Inc d/b/a Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. seeks a Mental Health Professional, Program Evening Coordinator to support patients and psychotherapists in the implementation and continued adherence to each patient's treatment plan. This role involves planning and evaluating patients' behavior, guiding patients in grooming and residential cleaning, providing assistance to patients in crisis, and conducting building rounds to ensure patients' safety and security. Administrative duties include weekly team meetings, participating in monthly online training, documenting patients’ progress such as medication changes, treatments, and patients' symptomology, and complying with State reporting requirements. The shift will cover either from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- Mental Health Professional qualifications
- Ability to plan and evaluate patients' behavior
- Ability to guide patients in grooming and residential cleaning
- Ability to provide assistance to patients in crisis
