About The Position

Solsura is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner (ARMHS) to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This position is primarily community-based, with practitioners working from a home office and providing services in clients' homes and community settings. The role involves partnering with clients on their recovery journey by helping them develop skills, manage symptoms, increase independence, and achieve personalized goals that improve their quality of life. Occasional meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions will be held at the Minnetonka office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field and at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing services to individuals with mental illness.
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field, fluency in a qualifying non-English language, completion of 40 hours of mental health services training, and participation in weekly clinical supervision until 2,000 hours of experience are obtained.
  • 4,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness.
  • Current graduate student in a behavioral science or related field completing an approved clinical practicum or internship.
  • Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing ARMHS, CTSS, case management, or other community-based mental health services.
  • Knowledge of recovery-oriented and person-centered practices.
  • Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adult clients
  • Teach and reinforce skills through coaching, modeling, and guidance
  • Complete Functional Assessments and develop Individual Treatment Plans
  • Support clients in improving daily living, social, coping, and independent living skills
  • Build professional, respectful, and culturally responsive relationships
  • Travel throughout the community to meet clients in home and community settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with DHS Rule 245I standards
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and community providers to support client success
