Position Overview We are seeking a Mental Health PHP Therapist to join our Jenkintown team. This role provides direct therapeutic services to clients participating in our Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The Therapist will facilitate therapeutic programming, support treatment planning, and work collaboratively with clients and the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide effective, individualized care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a PHP, IOP, outpatient, or other structured behavioral health setting
  • Family therapy experience

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team
  • Conduct assessments and support appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Address clients' behavioral and emotional needs through therapeutic interventions and crisis support
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and support continuity of care
  • Collaborate with clinical and program staff to support effective daily programming
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, supervision, and other program activities
  • Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries while promoting a safe and therapeutic environment
