Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Experience in mental health nursing
• Ability to perform and document patient history and vital signs
• Ability to conduct mental health screenings and/or evaluations
• Skill in assisting with daily triage/sick call, examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
• Proficiency in initiating and documenting prescribed protocol treatments
• Capability to respond to and initiate care for medical and mental health emergencies

Responsibilities

• Perform and document all patient history and vital signs, mental health screenings and/or evaluations
