About The Position

We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life. Through both evidence-based and holistic treatment therapies, our guests heal in mind, body, and spirit. Come join us as we make a positive difference in the lives of others! We seek an experienced Behavioral Health Group Therapist (Licensed or Non-Licensed Group Therapist) to join our team!

Requirements

Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and/or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment.
Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
Licensed Therapist preferred; for candidates without a license - residential clinical experience is required.
Experienced in working with individuals with higher mental health acuity, Safety Planning & Assessments, and Psychiatric facility background.
Background in residential treatment or other acute settings such as INPT.
Comfortable facilitating groups with 15-40 participants depending on the topic
Comfortability working with individuals with Serious Mental Health Diagnoses such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, SUD, MDD, GAD, OCD

Nice To Haves

Experience with modalities such as DBT, CBT, ART preferred but not required
Licensed preferred but not required; supervision opportunities available
