About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking dedicated Master’s-level professionals to join their Oregon Clinical Cohort for a full-time, fully remote telehealth position. This role is designed for clinicians aiming to become experts in high-impact group facilitation. As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will deliver psychoeducation and lead transformative group sessions for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges. The position offers the stability of a salaried position and a fixed schedule, focusing on psychoeducational and skill-building facilitation. While hours may not count towards clinical licensure for Professional Counselor Associates and MFT Associates in Oregon, the position offers a premium salary and a stable career path for Master’s-level professionals or QMHPs seeking specialized experience in a high-growth clinical environment.

  • Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64.
  • Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Strong belief in group-based treatment and the ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

  • Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (bi-weekly) with Clinical Leadership.
  • Monitor and complete client documentation within a 24-hour timeframe, meeting State and The Joint Commission standards.
