As a Mental Health Responder, you will support individuals living in their own homes through daily life stressors and guide them through our proven problem-solving process. Our goal is to reduce hospitalization and the need for emergency services by helping clients process their emotions and overcome challenges in their lives. You will be responsible for meeting in-person with your caseload of clients each week, managing compliance documents, quarterly reporting, and communication with the care team. You will also support your entire team by covering our client-facing phone line once a week, supporting client engagement initiatives, and covering in-person responses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your skills in de-escalation, goal setting, and mental health first aid. You will have weekly one-on-one meetings with your supervisor at our headquarters and join weekly team meetings for further support, ideas, and encouragement.
