Requirements

B.A or B.S. in Social Work or a related human service field required or B.A. or B.S in any other field with 4 years or children's mental health experience.
Qualified Professional (QP) - 2 – 4 years of experience in child mental health and/or day treatment.
Valid Driver's license in state of residency.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity in MS Office applications preferred.
Children's Day Treatment experience preferred
Familiarity with MS Office applications preferred.
Valid NC or SC Drivers License

Responsibilities

Manage the behavior of clients who attend our Day Treatment Program and record their treatment progress.
Coordinate service delivery by assessing the needs of the children and families we serve by linking them to appropriate services.
Conduct and lead group activities to support treatment goals.
Ensure that the Person Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team.
Provide agency vehicle transportation as needed.
