About The Position

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Pursuing an LMHC license (currently pre-licensed).
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English.
• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses.
• Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals.
