About The Position

Conducts clinical mental health counseling sessions in a caring, culturally accepting, confidential Christian environment. Provides individual mental health counseling for a diverse undergraduate and graduate student population. Maintains accurate, timely client records and case notes in compliance with HIPPA and electronic health record (EHR) standards. Collaborates with other campus professionals to ensure integrated care. Reports to the Counseling Services Coordinator. Attend weekly clinical team meetings.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in counseling or a closely related mental health field is required.
  • State licensure in counseling (LPC or LPCC) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferred.
  • An expressed commitment to Jesus Christ and the teachings and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
