Principles Counseling Group is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving communities throughout Iowa. We are looking for compassionate, motivated mental health therapists who want the support of a group practice while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy. Whether you are independently licensed or working toward full licensure, our goal is to provide an environment where you can build a rewarding practice around your professional interests, desired caseload, and schedule.
Requirements
- Is licensed to provide behavioral health services in Iowa
- Is independently licensed or temporarily licensed and eligible to practice under supervision
- Is ethical, dependable, professional, and responsive
- Values quality client care and appropriate continuity of services
- Can work independently
- Can successfully complete a required background check as a condition of employment

Responsibilities
- Provides outpatient mental health counseling within their areas of competence
- Completes documentation and other professional responsibilities in a timely manner
- Is interested in developing and maintaining an outpatient caseload
