About The Position
This is a full-time position at a clinician-owned private practice designed to run an ethical behavioral health business. The practice aims to protect clinicians' licenses, support patients, and eliminate the corporate feel. It offers the benefits of private practice without the administrative burdens, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care and documentation. The role involves working with a diverse group of mental health providers, with in-house credentialing and full administrative support from dedicated front and back office teams. The practice emphasizes professional collaboration and maintaining CEUs for license validity. Client sessions can be in-office or via telehealth, with a focus on face-to-face care. The company also covers malpractice insurance.
Requirements
- Must have a Master's Degree in a related mental health field, or higher degree.
- Must have and maintain a State of Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Maintain all CEUs required to keep your state license valid.
Nice To Haves
- Additional certifications or experience are a plus! Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the front office to complete intakes to help assign which therapist in our office is the best fit for the client.
- Complete therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
- Develop your own therapy caseload with the specific populations that you enjoy serving.
- Complete reports, client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, or continuity of care.
