Mental Health Counselors at Seamark Ranch provide counseling and related behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families served through Seamark Counseling and Seamark Ranch. This role supports the mission and continued growth of Seamark Counseling by providing ethical, trauma-informed, and clinically appropriate care while helping expand counseling opportunities within the community. This position maintains required clinical records and documentation, collaborates with staff, families, and community partners, and participates in supervision, training, and program development activities. Counselors who are not independently licensed will provide services under the supervision of our qualified licensed clinician as required by Florida law. This position should reflect Seamark Ranch's Christ-centered mission and commitment to serving children and families with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
