About The Position

We are actively implementing Blueprint AI-assisted documentation systems, Clinical Support Specialists (CSS), structured workflows, and administrative support systems to reduce documentation burden and allow clinicians to focus more on client care. Qualified clinicians may become eligible for flexible scheduling and 4-day work week opportunities based on performance and documentation compliance. Our clinicians work within an integrated system including OMHC, SUD treatment, Residential treatment, PRP services, and Peer support, allowing clients to receive comprehensive and coordinated care. We are actively expanding and developing future Clinical Leads, Supervisors, Program Directors, and Behavioral Health Leadership.

Requirements

• LCPC
• LGPC
• LMSW
• LCSW-C
• Experience in OMHC or behavioral health settings
• Experience with trauma-informed care
• Experience with co-occurring disorders
• Experience with underserved populations
• Experience with court-involved clients

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions
• Facilitate group therapy sessions
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns
