Mental Health Counselor - ESMI LEAD

Our ESMI program delivers services to clients ages 15-30 years old experiencing first episode psychosis. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to avoid partial hospitalization, incarceration, residential care, or hospitalization. This program also assists clients stepping down from these higher levels of care. ESMI is a team focused program consisting of a therapist, supported education, employment specialist, Nurse Practitioner, and Peer providers. As the Clinician working with the client, you will specifically focus on their therapeutic needs and collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases for optimal effectiveness and success. Team Lead Specific: Serve as Team Lead and Primary Clinician for all ESMI clients. Communicate Hiring needs and assist related to ESMI program as needed. Ensure that services are provided to clients in accordance with the ESMI STAR model. Facilitate Weekly Supervisions for ESMI team focusing on coordinated care for ESMI clients across all services. Training and continuing education for new providers related to ESMI as needed. Communication and follow-up with Clarvida administrative and intake staff as needed. Monitoring incoming ESMI referrals to ensure timely client engagement. Communicate with Clarvida clinical and administrative leadership as needed to facilitate growth and efficient functioning of the program. Attend meetings and trainings as appropriate with DHW and OnTrack NY. Fulfill monthly and quarterly reporting contract requirements. Additional tasks related to the above as required.
Requirements
- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
