Requirements

Master’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
Minimum of one-year relevant job experience in counseling/case management
LPC or LSW is required
Proficient Computer Skills In: Outlook, Word, Database Management Software
Access to reliable transportation to get to/from work: Required.
Access to a reliable automobile: Required.
Must provide proof of auto liability insurance (and continue to while working in this position): Required.
Must possess a valid driver's license: Required.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
LCPC or LCSW, or actively working towards this licensure, is preferred

Responsibilities

Assessment of mental health conditions
Treatment plan development
Provide therapeutic services for adults, children, and families.
Case Management
Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clinical needs
Advocacy, referral and linkage to recommended community resources
Complete required data entry and paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to opening requirements, assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, treatment authorizations and authorizations of medical necessity.
