We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Requirements
- MASTER's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy (REQUIRED)
- LICENSED OR LICENSED ELIGIBLE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients.
- Provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
