About The Position

Healing Connections Counseling Group is looking to hire compassionate, highly skilled and motivated licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to work as a psychotherapist for children, adolescents, and adult clients in our group practice based in Concord, NH. This position is in-office full time; two evenings per week required to meet needs for after work and school client needs. Healing Connections provides W-2 employment (not a 1099-contract position) with 401-K match plan option (for employees who qualify), and full support around billing. Supervision by LICSW clinicians is included in employment for unlicensed clinicians. You focus on your client work and clinical development, and almost no time and energy on the hassles of insurance or other administrative burdens.

Requirements

  • Independent clinical license in NH, or a Master’s level licensed mental health professional
  • Exceptional clinical and communication skills
  • Availability to work a full-time caseload (25 weekly sessions)
  • Efficient, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to utilize constructive feedback, ask for support, and seek continued growth
  • Impeccable boundaries
  • Skilled or familiar with the technology and clinical aspects of Telehealth

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced skills trainings or certificates in areas such as EMDR or children/couple's work

Responsibilities
