Make a lasting impact at one of Portland's most innovative programs focused on ending homelessness. The Blackburn Center brings together housing, primary care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, employment services, and recovery support under one roof, creating truly integrated, client-centered care for some of our community's most vulnerable populations. As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll join a multidisciplinary team providing trauma-informed, whole-person care to individuals experiencing complex mental health, substance use, medical, and housing challenges. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, support crisis intervention efforts, and collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, housing teams, and community partners. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about serving underserved populations, believe in harm reduction and recovery-oriented care, and want to work in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, cultural responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Whether you're a QMHP, CSWA, LCSW, LPC, or LPC-A, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping create pathways to stability, wellness, and long-term housing success.
