About The Position

Client is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to adults. The ideal candidate will deliver individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Applicants MUST currently hold an active New Jersey clinical license as one of the following to be considered for this position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A qualifying active New Jersey license is required for this position. Applicants who do not currently hold one of the licenses listed above will not be considered.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active New Jersey LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license (Required).
• Experience providing mental health treatment and therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and DSM-5.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.
