About The Position

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician who wants meaningful patient impact and a schedule that protects evenings and weekends. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on providing therapy to patients of all ages. You’ll primarily treat depression, anxiety, and trauma using evidence-based approaches while working within a supportive clinical environment with no on-call responsibilities. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with one weekly late day on Thursday, a manageable caseload of approximately 6–8 patients per day, and a 100% outpatient therapy setting. There is clear salary growth based on years of experience and the use of SmartCare Streamline EMR.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Enjoy working with patients across the lifespan
• Comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
• Value structured scheduling and team-based support
