The Clinician will assess the immediate and ongoing needs of youth, Transitional Age Youth (TAY), and their families and working with the treatment team to develop plans and referrals for support. Services are provided in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, community locations, and the office, using a flexible "whatever it takes" approach. The position requires travel to offsite locations using a personal vehicle and may include transporting participants or family members. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, participating in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis support, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role serves clients (ages 16-24) through outpatient community-based services and support throughout Fresno County. Clinical services include individual and family counseling, medication management, housing, education, and vocational support services.
