About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy. The position offers a manageable caseload averaging approximately 5 patients daily, with a flexible hybrid structure allowing for 1-2 remote days per week. Clinical autonomy is supported by a dedicated behavioral health care team in a patient-centered outpatient environment designed to support provider balance and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
• Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
• Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
• Newly licensed clinicians welcome

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Provide ongoing outpatient therapy services
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
