As an ACCS Clinician, you’ll have the opportunity to support personal growth, guide recovery, and provide clinical expertise to a dedicated team. Requirements

Clinical Master’s degree
Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.)
Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated
Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Good organizational, communication, and writing skills

Nice To Haves

Substance abuse clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.
Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.
