About The Position

As an ACCS Clinician, you’ll have the opportunity to support personal growth, guide recovery, and provide clinical expertise to a dedicated team. Requirements

  • Clinical Master’s degree
  • Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.)
  • Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated
  • Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Good organizational, communication, and writing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Substance abuse clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.
  • Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
  • Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
  • Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.
