We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare. This role is part of the Adult Inpatient Crisis Residential Unit. The facility is a 24/7 inpatient voluntary program with a 16-bed capacity, serving adults aged 18-59. The program offers rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation, with an average length of stay of 30 days. Clinical services include pre-vocational or vocational counseling and medication evaluation and support services.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
One (1) year direct service experience in a mental health setting required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC required (for Mental Health Specialist II).
Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required (for Mental Health Specialist III).

Nice To Haves

Experience in an inpatient therapy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts psychosocial assessments and maintains client documentation, including intake, progress, and discharge notes.
Assesses clients' readiness for admission and discharge.
Coordinates care with treatment teams and case managers.
Provides individual and group therapy.
Facilitates therapeutic groups.
Connects clients with appropriate community and aftercare resources.
