Our clinicians make a difference every day by providing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Whether in the office, in the community, or via telehealth, you’ll help break down barriers to care and create meaningful change for children, adolescents, and adults.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in MA.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages — from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics.
  • Manage a diverse caseload (25 billable hours weekly) that may include trauma, co-occurring disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more.
  • Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings such as schools, shelters, residential programs, and client homes.
  • Expand access for underserved populations by reducing barriers, preventing missed appointments, and building trust in natural environments.
