As a clinician with Adult Intensive Services, you will play a vital role in walking alongside clients during some of the most critical moments of their recovery journey. You’ll provide strength-based, person-centered care by developing individualized service plans, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring timely, accurate clinical documentation. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering trauma-informed care. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated, seamless support across systems of care. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university.
Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues.
Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals.
Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines.
Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living.
Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing.
Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.
