About The Position

The IOP Mental Health Therapist provides therapeutic services within Clarvida’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), a structured six-month program designed for clients who struggle with emotional regulation and building healthy relationships. Clients participate in therapy three days per week through group and/or individual sessions. Openings include Adolescent or Adult Group Therapy Leaders and Individual Therapists serving adults or youth. The IOP program operates as a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Management, Peer Support, and Medication Management specialists to maximize client growth and outcomes. Clinicians receive weekly professional development and work in a supportive, team-based environment that values rapport-building and strong therapeutic relationships. This role may also support the Early Serious Mental Illness (ESMI) program, which serves individuals ages 15–30 over a two-year treatment period. The ESMI program utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), and Shared Decision Making to support clients experiencing first-episode psychosis or within the first two years of onset. The goal is to reduce the need for partial hospitalization, residential care, or inpatient hospitalization and to support successful step-down transitions. As the Clinician, you will focus on therapeutic interventions while collaborating weekly with the ESMI treatment team, including a Supported Education and Employment Specialist, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
