Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to understanding and addressing the behavioral health needs of the community. FBH provides evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing a wide range of behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is committed to the belief that clients can lead fulfilling lives and considers it an honor to support them. The Intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (IDBT) program is based on a skills-training model that balances acceptance and change, equipping clients with skills to manage crises, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. In this role, the clinician will provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. Responsibilities include supporting the multidisciplinary team, implementing recovery care plans, educating clients, advocating for clients, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring client progress towards goals in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
