Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for a wide range of behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. The Child and Family Services division offers mental health and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, and their families, with treatment duration varying based on client needs. Services can include individual, group, and family therapy, case management, parenting support, psychological testing, psychiatric medication management, and crisis management. The Mental Health Clinician will provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. This role involves participating in a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing recovery care plans, providing client education, advocating for clients, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring client progress in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
